2.1. established track record proven by presenting project forms for at least 3 projects relevant to this call for tender carried out in the last 10 years.
2.2. Key personnel (i.e. project managerial staff of contractor and/or subcontractors) must have knowledge of and a minimum of 5 years' experience in the relevant fields of:
1) the REACH regulation or other complex legislation in the field of chemistry or closely related areas, and
2) risk communication in the field of chemistry or a closely related area, and
3) producing guidance or other documents with a similar function which need to describe clearly how to implement complex legislation or other provisions, and
4) organising and producing documentation from meetings/workshops.
2.3. Demonstrated ability and means available to carry out all the tasks within the period foreseen by the contract. To this end, the tenderer should demonstrate that he has sufficient and experienced human resources, notably reliability in all following fields:
1) drafting of documents clearly explaining how to implement legal provisions;
2) carrying out risk communication in practice relating to chemicals or closely related fields;
3) writing guidance.
2.4. Demonstrated high quality in technical writing in English. To this end the tenderer should supply an excerpt of a technical draft relating to a previous project concerning similar deliverables in English.
