The four trade package frameworks subject to this prior call for competition are for Mechanical, Fire, Tiling and Site Facilities Frameworks. Each of these trade package frameworks are subject to a separate lot for delivering station enhancements as documented in Annex B of this Contract Notice.

Range: between 65 000 000 and 100 000 000 GBP.

Description of these options: The Frameworks will be for a 3 year duration with an option to extend this by a further year to a 4 duration and subsequently by a further year to a 5 year duration.

This lot comprises the procurement of a panel of up to 6 Framework Suppliers to undertake the Mechanical trade packages. The work elements for the Mechanical trade package are planned to comprise:
Design responsibility from RIBA Stage E onwards Mechanical works for:
— Drainage,
— Hot and cold water services and supplies,
— Ventilation, including fans, ductwork, heat recovery units, attenuators, smoke dampers, louvres and grilles and controls,
— Air conditioning including A/C units, pipework, VRF system services supplies and controls,
— Heating - electric,
— Gas supplies and appliances.

This lot comprises the procurement of a panel of up to 6 Framework Suppliers to undertake the Tiling trade packages. The work elements for the Tiling trade package are planned to comprise:
— all wall and floor tiling, either patch repair or full replacement,
— all hacking off and making good of surfaces to receive new tiling,
— waterproofing associated with tiling substrate.
