Applicants must complete an official pre-qualification questionnaire, obtainable from Matthew Cannavan at the address in 1.1. This must be returned with the supporting documentation to the address stated in the questionnaire by noon, 2.7.2009. Questionnaires received after this time will not be processed.
The length of the contract may be extended by one year at the discretion of the participating Local Authorities.
When executing the contract within the United Kingdom, the successful contractors will be expected to comply with the recommendations of the latest statutory code of practice for equality in employment published by the Equality and Human Rights Commission.
