We are seeking to appoint a single Development Partner to assist with the second phase of a Science and Enterprise Park.
The project is to be developed in partnership with the University via an agreed form of joint venture vehicle incorporating appropriate contributions from the University and the successful Development Partner.
The Development Partner is to fund, build and realize (possibly with other parties) a range of buildings for occupation by research and development, technology-related or knowledge-intensive occupants over an area of approximately 7.5 hectares within an extensive parkland setting in accordance with the University Gateway Policy as set out in the Development Prospectus which is available to interested bidders who register an interest in the project.

The project involves the design, construction and realization of a multi phase development attached to the University Campus and creation of a supporting financing structure as further detailed in the PQQ.
The relationship between the University and appointed development partner is likely to last until the development is finalized.
Estimated value excluding VAT:
Range: between 50 000 000 and 70 000 000 GBP.
