ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Joseph Rowntree Housing Trust is setting up the framework for the benefit of itself and other organisations within its group in existence now and in the future.
Acceptance of a contractor onto a framework agreement by the Trust is not a guarantee of any work, or continuity of work. The Trust is under no obligation to place all or any work under the framework agreement.
The Trust reserves the right to approve any and all sub-contracting appointments the successful tenderer may make when providing the works under the framework agreement.
Any agreement entered into will be governed by English law and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
The Trust reserves the right to terminate the procurement process (or part of it), to change the basis of the procedures for the procurement process at any time, or to procure the contract by alternative means if it appears that the contract can be more advantageously procured by alternative means. The most economically advantageous or any tender will not automatically be accepted.
