Construction work may be carried out under more than one building contract. Redevelopment is to be completed in 2016.

The contract will be governed by English Law. Prices are not required at this stage, however, when required prices must be quoted in GBP and all payments under this contract will be made in GBP. Appointments will be conditional upon confirmation of funding for the project at each stage.
