SHORT DESCRIPTION OF NATURE AND QUANTITY OR VALUE OF SUPPLIES OR SERVICES:
Manchester Primary Care Trust and Manchester City Council are in the process of procuring a range of services that will allow them to improve health and tackle health inequalities in Manchester by encouraging people through a loyalty programme to change their behaviour in a way that will benefit their health and wellbeing. This will be done by taking tried and tested loyalty knowledge, systems and platforms from the private sector that currently deliver behavioural changes and applying them to the public sector.
This procurement may be divided into lots.
