A study on university–business cooperation in the EU Member States, the candidate countries, and Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway. The overall objective of this study is to get a better knowledge and understanding of university–business cooperation in these countries, from the perspective of the higher education institutions. The work implies analysis of existing literature, a survey based on a questionnaire to a representative number of higher education institutions, a number of case studies and the identification and description of approx. 30 examples of good practice.
