The Construction Works Projects for Arena Housing Group are capital funded worksteams comprising:
1. new build general needs housing;
2. affordable family accommodation;
3. homes for people with special needs;
4. refurbishment of properties for general needs housing;
5. retirement villlages.
The estimated value of the Construction Works (including professional fees) across all workstreams is expected to be in the order of 15 000 000 GBP per year - Total estimated value over Framework period could be 60 000 000 GBP.

Construction Works projects. Both Framework Agreements will use further / mini competitions for each project & each Company will be assessed annually against, performance, resources & capacity to deliver the construction works required.

Precise information on deadline(s) for lodging appeals: Arena Housing Group Ltd will incorporate a minimum 10 calendar day standstill period at the point information on the award of the contract is communicated to tenderers. This period allows unsuccessful tenderers to seek further debriefing from the contracting authority before the contract is entered into. Applicants have 2 working days from notification of the award decision to request additional debriefing and that information has to be provided a minimum of 3 working days before expiry of the standstill period. Such additional information should be requested from the address in section I.1.
If an appeal regarding the award of a contract has not been successfully resolved the (for Public Sector) Public Contracts Regulations 2006 (SI 2006 No 5) (for Utilities) utilities contracts Regulations (SI 2005 No 6) (delete where appropriate) provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or are at risk of harm by a breach of the rules to take action in the High Court (England, Wales and Northern Ireland). Any such action must be brought promptly (generally within 3 months). Where a contract has not been entered into the court may order the settling aside of the award decision or order the authority to amend any document and may award damages. If the contract has been entered into the court may only award damages.
