The works aggregate gross value is circa GBP 60 000 000 for construction projects anticipated to be delivered over the 4 year period. It is anticipated there will be projects in the ranges: under GBP 1 000 000; GBP 1 000 000 - 2 500 000 and GBP 2 500 000 - 5 000 000.
