BAA seeks suppliers of Facilities Management services for a suite of agreements covering the BAA group of airports. These contracts may cover all of BAA's portfolio of airports within the UK. These services may include, but are not limited to:
HARD FM SERVICES: Mechanical and electrical maintenance services; Building fabric maintenance; Sprinkler system maintenance; Toilet and drain maintenance; Building management system maintenance; Traffic signal and software repair; ID management system maintenance; Fire dampener inspections; CCTV repair; Roof repairs; Motor repairs; Air handling unit filter replacement; Car park barrier maintenance; Roller shutter and fire shutter maintenance; Ground works and minor civil works; Window cleaning cradles; Chillers; Water treatment; Pump maintenance and spare parts provision.
SOFT FM SERVICES: Cleaning; Waste bin emptying; Compliance/passenger assistance; Multi-storey car park cleaning; Forecourt management; Internal plants care; Baggage hall compliance; Pest control; Pushing services, Porterage. This Notice replaces and consolidates the following two notices
2009/S-48-70814 issued 11.3.2009 and
2009/S-43-63105 issued 4.3.2009.
