ISupport is a case management system for end-users including a connection to an external communication system. The iSupport application will be used by Case Workers in Central Authorities worldwide to store and process data for the purpose of facilitating cross border maintenance recovery. The solution shall also provide Central Authorities with secure connections to exchange automatically generated forms and messages. Maintenance of the solution encompasses all maintenance and support activities in an international and multi-client environment.
