A maximum indicative budget of 870.000,00 € (EUR) is envisaged for the entire assignment of providing the Complete Design and 111.000,00 € (EUR) for Design supervision.

II.3)Duration of the contract or time limit for completion:
The duration for provision of Complete Design services (RIBA Stage 2 – Concept Design, RIBA Stage 3 – Developed Design and RIBA Stage 4 – Technical Design) is estimated to take place during 9 months. Duration for the Design supervision that will be conditional upon the award of Construction contract, during RIBA Stage 5 – Construction and RIBA Stage 6 – Handover and Close Out is estimated to 24 months.
