The provider engaged will work with The Authority in the procurement of the additional works contracts required for the overall delivery of the development scheme, however these contracts will be undertaken by the Council and not the provider of this contract.

The estimated contract value for the services outlined is 310 000 GBP However, the Council reserves the right to commission additional works in association with this contract scope from the awarded provider.
