Suppliers are required to download the Non-Disclosure Deed (NDD) from the portal before accessing the tender documents. The Government will reimburse the Authority for costs incurred and charged by the Independent Assessor for goods and services provided under the Contract.
The principal task of the Independent Assessor will be to summarise the issues raised in responses to a public consultation undertaken by the Government on the Environmental Statement on the proposed new high speed rail link between the West Midlands and Crewe (‘HS2 Phase 2a’) and on information deposited as supplementary environmental information (for up to 4 years after award of the Contract).
