The assignment consists of: The collection, transport and treatment of waste from municipal entities:

— The collection, transport and treatment of waste from municipal entities.

— The collection, transport and treatment of waste from leisure areas.

See chapter 7; the description of the assignments.

The Contracting Authority intends to enter into an agreement with 1 service provider.

There is a need for larger investments for the equipment to the agreement. Thus a contract period of 2 years will be entered into, with option for 1+1+1+1+1+1+1 year prolongation.

Based on previous activities, the estimated financial frame for the assignment is 1 200 000 - 1 500 000 NOK per annum.

Company registration certificate: The tenderer is required to be a legally established company.

III.1.2)Economic and financial standing
List and brief description of selection criteria:

Good financial strength is required for the implementation of the contract work during the entire agreement period. To be substantiated by presenting the tenderer's annual accounts for 2015 and 2016.

Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required:

The contracting authority will conduct an overall assessment of the tenderer's financial situation.

List and brief description of selection criteria:

The assignment must be well organised in order to execute the contract work in a good way.

A good, efficient quality assurance system is required.

The tenderer shall have machines/cars and service programme/routines which enable the service provider to execute the assignment at all time.

The tenderer shall use an authorised waste disposal plant.

The documentation requirements are given in the tender documentation.
