Springfield Cross Passivhaus — 36 Unit Affordable Housing New Build
COnstruction of 36 unit new build affordable housing Passivhaus development in Glasgow's East End for a reputable Housing Association.
Commonwealth Village, Dalmarnock
West of Scotland Housing Association wished to procure a contractor to construct 36 affordable housing Passivhaus units with all associated civils/services. The estimated start on site date is January 2019. Our procurement objective is to select a contractor for a negotiated open book tender process.

The Contracting Authority does not intend to include a sub-contract clause as part of community benefits (as per Section 25 of the Procurement Reform (Scotland) Act 2014) in this contract for the following reason:
