The Council would like to appoint a suitably qualified supplier to work with the Council to develop a 50-50 Joint Venture in order to progress the Cambridge Road Estate Regeneration Programme of works. The Council will be using a Competitive Dialogue to award the final contract. The Council will require suppliers to have suitable experience in delivering regeneration works, as well as the relationship and governance expertise in order to work as part of a 50-50 Joint Venture.
