Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council invites tenders for the provision of new level access shower installations and refurbishment works together with all associated works to council owned, privately owned, privately rented and housing association owned properties within the borough of Dudley.

It would not be appropriate to split this Contract into lots, as this will not provide the council with any advantage in terms of economies of scale.

In general, work requirements are to comprise of the following areas:

Design service for the provision of existing and proposed bathroom layouts;

Provision of asbestos testing and removal of asbestos;

Stripping out of existing bathrooms;

Provision of level access shower including under floor shower tray, slip resistant flooring and care shower;

Management of work programme.

This exercise is being conducted in electronic format (e-tender). Following registration, an e-mail will be sent to you advising of your user ID along with a reminder of your e-mail address and password.

Details of the project are located under the All Opportunities link which is also where you can express an interest and receive the documentation. Once you have done this you must log back into the website using the details provided following registration and locate the contract document under Tenders, My Tenders on the menu.

The Tender should be received no later than Friday 8.9.2017 at (noon) 12:00 and will be available for download until 23:59 hours on Thursday 7.9.2017. URL: www.blackcountrybusiness.co.uk
