Die Instandhaltung umfasst die regelmäßige Wartung und Inspektion (W&I) der Anlagenteile sowie die Instandsetzung bei Störungen (auch Mängel und Schäden) auf Anforderung des Auftraggebers oder selbständig durch den AN. Die Arbeiten dienen der Sicherstellung der Funktionstüchtigkeit und Betriebssicherheit der Anlagen sowie zur entsprechenden Erhaltung von Wert und Substanz.
