Our principal objective is to establish a primary contractor who will work alongside our Internal Maintenance Service (IMS) to deliver the responsive repairs and vacant (void) property refurbishments.
We expect to form a strong working relationship with the successful contractor, helping us grow as an organisation and supplement the needs across additional stock in due course.
The long term aim of EMHG is to deliver more and more of this work through capable internal resources. Hence this arrangement in this form has a five year life. Beyond that EMHG's needs will adapt and we will look to reassess those and establish a new arrangement to suit those circumstances.
