Term Appointment for General Architectural Services at University of Dundee.
The University has several smaller projects to advance during the next 3 years which will require the selective input of external consultants.
University of Dundee.
Types of projects include inter alia laboratory refurbishments, office alterations, teaching room alterations, lecture theatre alterations, specialist workshop refurbishments, IT suit refurbishments, leisure facility alterations, library alterations to existing buildings of various types.
An option to extend for a further 1 year is available.

The architect must be a chartered architect with RIAS or RIBA.
4B.1.2 — Average yearly turnover should be a minimum of 250 000 GBP
