III.1.1)Suitability to pursue the professional activity, including requirements relating to enrolment on professional or trade registers
List and brief description of conditions:

If required by the member state, bidders are required to be enrolled in the relevant professional or trade registers within the country in which they are established. Companies House registration number (or equivalent) should be provided. Refer to ESPD 4A.1

Tenderers must be regulated by the UK Financial Conduct Authority or an insurer authorised/and or regulated by the UK Financial Conduct Authority or Prudential Regulation Authority or equivalent in another member state of the European Economic Area indicating the types of insurance/service the bidder is authorised to arrange or provide

Tenderers must have CII chartered form status and/or commitment to its Code of Ethics, commitment to corporate and individual professional development defined by the CII or similar professional organisation Refer to ESPD 4A.2.

III.1.2)Economic and financial standing
List and brief description of selection criteria:

It is a requirement of this contract that bidders hold, or can commit to obtain prior to the commencement of any subsequently awarded contract, as a minimum the types and levels of insurance indicated below:

Employers (Compulsory) Liability Insurance = 5 000 000 GBP

Public Liability Insurance = 5 000 000 GBP

Professional Indemnity = 5 000 000 GBP

Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required:

Financial Status — to establish a financial standing of a potential Tenderer, the Council will firstly take into account a risk report provided independently by Creditsafe. Within such reports, the risk of a business failure is expressed on a scale of 100 (minimum risk) to 30 and below (high risk of business failure). In the event that a company is determined to have a risk failure rating of 30 and under ie that the company is considered to have a high risk of business failure, the submission will not be considered further. Refer to ESPD 4B.6.
