The new Fire Station will be located at Wigmore Lane, Reading Berkshire.

II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

This contract is for the construction of a new Fire Station at Theale, Reading, Berkshire.

The project will include all related works to complete the construction. The lead contractor will be responsible for all site remediation works, associated site works and landscaping.

Full details of the project is detailed in the tender documents and supporting plans and reports.
