With regard to the global Question, Q4 in Section E, Part IV of the ESPD, when a bidder responds to this they are confirming that they are in compliance with all aspects of the requirements referred to in the suite of tender documents, including but not limited to, holding the levels of insurances stated, timescales to be adhered to etc. The bidder is also confirming that they hold an appropriate Constructionline accreditation (alternative accreditations or measures of quality will be considered but it is the bidder's responsibility to demonstrate the relevance and standard of such alternatives. Acceptance of any such alterative is at the Council’s discretion). Finally - by confirming adherence to the Global Question the bidder is confirming that their 'person in charge' for this project, should they be successful, holds a current SMSTS Qualification.
