In order to progress a new campus in Manchester City Centre, the Group requires the services of experienced design team members, including but not limited to Architect/Lead Designer, Building Services Engineer, Structural and Civil Engineer, Principal Designer, BREEAM assessor etc. Each individual service will be a direct appointment to the LTE Group via a bespoke letter of appointment.

The project is to consist of a full design service which will likely comprise the design and delivery of a new campus building and the design and delivery of education and sports facilities at the existing campus, including site clearance and co-ordination of remodelling/refurbishment of existing buildings.

II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

A new campus in Manchester City Centre requires the services of experienced Design Team members, such as Architect/Lead Designer, Building Services Engineer, Structural/Civil Engineer etc. All services will be a direct appointment to the LTE Group. The project requires a full design service to comprise of the design and delivery of the building either in 1 phase or 2 (circa 16000 m2 phase one and 12000 m2 phase 2 or the combined if delivered together). Estimated value: £ 50 000 000 to £ 75 000 000 (net construction) In addition to the new City Centre campus, the Group requires the services of experienced Design Team members (as noted above) for the design and delivery of education and sports facilities at the main campus at Openshaw, Manchester comprising a new sports hall, 3G pitch, new teaching facilities for public services, health and wellbeing and construction and logistics, including remodelling/refurbishment of existing buildings. Estimated value: £ 20 000 000 to £ 24 000 000 (net construction).
