Under article 134, paragraph 1(f) and paragraph 3 of the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No 1268/2012 of 29.10.2012, the Court of Justice reserves the right to use a negotiated procedure to award new services/works which entail the repetition of similar services/works entrusted to the contractor awarded the original contract. Such a procedure may only be used during a period of 3 years following conclusion of the original contract.
