— a residential development by Westminster City Council (WCC), consisting of 3 adjacent sites at Cosway St, NW1, Ashbridge St, NW8 and Shroton St, NW1,

— the sites form part of phase 1 of Westminster’s ambitious Church Street Masterplan,

— WCC is now seeking to appoint a design and build contractor via a 2-stage OJEU process to complete the design and carry out all construction works for the three sites. It is intended that WCC will enter into a single contract to cover all sites,

— planning for all 3 sites was submitted on Dec ’17, and,

— RIBA Stage 3 design will be completed on Jan ’18. It is intended that the successful contractor will enter into a pre-construction services agreement with WCC in order to complete the RIBA stage 4 design and 2nd-stage tender process.

— the sites form part of phase 1 of Westminster’s ambitious Church Street Masterplan,
