Procurement of deflection measurements - Eastern Region 2018
The Norwegian Public Roads Administration Eastern region (NPRA) invites for competition for procurement of deflections measurements. NPRA wants to measure deflection on the national roads and county roads network in the Eastern region (counties Oppland, Hedmark, Oslo, Akershus, Oslo, and Østfold) in order to plan and prioritise maintenance and reinforcement measures based on the results.
The measurements must be conducted using a Traffic Speed Deflectometer (TSD) and the Costumer wants deflection information for about 4,500 km of tarmacked road. TSD has been chosen as the preferred measuring equipment because it allows measurements to be taken efficiently without hindering other traffic.
The Assignment can commence after 22.5.2018 and the final start date will be agreed with the Customer.
The equipment shall be available for five weeks (25 measuring days) on site, in case the weather does not permit measurements every day.
A final measurement report shall be submitted to the Costumer after completion of the measurements. Deadline for submission of the results is 15.10.2018.

— the tenderer must enclose a list of the most important relevant assignments and services provided over the past 3 years, including information on the value, time, a brief description of the assignment and the name of the public or private recipient.
(Maximum of 5 reference assignments).

Any complaints may be sent to the Customer's representative through KGV. In order to conduct a proper complaints procedure, the complaint should be sent to the customer at least 2 days prior to the expiry of the standstill period.
