London Luton Airport is looking for bidders for Civils works and maintenance at London Luton Airport site, there will be 2 lots.
— Lot 1 This will be for site maintenance of the entire estate using a two man team and also Airside projects.
— Lot 2 Small civil works projects Landside including car park projects.
This contract will be for a period of 3 years with an option to extend the contract for a further period of 2 years taken up by single 1 year extensions 3 plus 1 plus 1. Commencement of the contract is targeted to be between July and August 2018.
We may award 1 or 2 lots to successful bidders. The intention for this framework is there will be 2 contractors for each lot.

Lot 1 This will be for site maintenance of the entire estate using a 2 man team and also Airside projects. The aim of this works package is to carry out day to day reactive and planned civil engineering maintenance to the Airside, Landside and Car Park infrastructure at London Luton Airport. The reactive and planned engineering works will normally be carried out during normal working hours except when operational requirements dictate the work to be carried out during quiet periods and/or at weekends.
There will be options for renewal after 3 years for a further 1 year extension, after 4 years for a further 1 year extension. When the contract expires there will be a new contact issued for bidders to Tender for.
Bidders may bid for one or 2 lots.
