Sąlygų sąrašas ir trumpas aprašymas: Perkančioji organizacija reikalauja, kad tiekėjai pateiktų Europos bendrąjį viešųjų pirkimų dokumentą (EBVPD).

III.2.2)Contract performance conditions:

Tiekėjas ne vėliau kaip per 5 (penkias) darbo dienas nuo pirkimo sutarties pasirašymo dienos privalo pateikti pirkimo sutarties įvykdymo užtikrinimą – Lietuvos Respublikoje ar užsienyje registruoto banko ar kitos kredito įstaigos garantiją ar draudimo bendrovės laidavimo raštą, pateiktą kartu su laidavimo draudimo liudijimo (poliso) kopija. Užtikrinimo vertė – ne mažesnė kaip 5 proc. pirkimo sutarties kainos EUR su PVM.

Už pristatytas, sutarties reikalavimus atitinkančias prekes pirkėjas atsiskaito per 30 dienų nuo tinkamai išrašytos PVM sąskaitos faktūros gavimo dienos, pervesdamas pinigus į tiekėjo atsiskaitomąją sąskaitą.
