Mobility scheme for artists and/or culture professionals
The main objective of the tender will be to prepare the ground for a mobility scheme in creative and cultural sectors, from 2021 onwards in the next generation of EU programmes. The specific objectives are:
1) to explore and analyse the conditions for setting up a successful and sustainable scheme allowing individuals to engage in a cross border mobility project,
2) propose and test a funding scheme for individual mobility of artists and /or culture professionals,
3) provide conclusions and recommendations.

A maximum of 2 representatives per tender can attend the opening of tenders. For organisational and security reasons, the tenderer must provide the full name, date of birth, ID or passport number and its validity date of the representatives at least 3 working days in advance to:

Section VI: Complementary information
2 Months of notice of the award decision, you may launch an action for annulment of the award decision. Any request you may make and any reply from us, or any complaint for maladministration, will neither have the purpose nor the effect of suspending the time-limit for launching an action for annulment or to open a new period for launching an action for annulment. The body responsible for hearing annulment procedures is indicated in Section VI.4.1.
