‘Health and safety coordination tasks’
The purpose of this contract procedure is to appoint an approved health and safety coordinator (hereinafter referred to as CSS), whose role, tasks and responsibilities are defined by the provisions of the Grand-Ducal Regulation of 27.6.2008 on the minimum health and safety requirements to be implemented on temporary or mobile sites.
The CSS will in particular ensure the safety of the Court's staff, buildings, workers and any other person present on the site during any works carried out at the Court.

The health and safety coordination tasks to be carried out are divided into 4 groups:
— group 1: direct flat-rate services for maintenance and repair works,
— group 2: optional flat-rate services for the K2 renovation works,
— group 3: optional services for all other renovation works for of K1, K2 and/or K3,
— group 4: additional services un a time and means basis.

By submitting an offer, tenderers acknowledge that they have the legal capacity to perform the contract. Tenderers must be registered in the professional register or the trade register under the conditions laid down by the legislation of the country in which the tenderer is established.

Tenderers or their representative wishing to attend the opening of tenders should confirm this in writing (e-mail: email@example.com) by 31.7.2019 (12:00) at the latest, and must provide their due authorisation to represent their company or the consortium. Only one person per company/consortium may attend.

Within 2 months of the tenderer being notified of the award decision or, failing this, of the date on which it became known to them. A complaint made to the European Ombudsman neither suspends this period nor opens a new period for lodging appeals.
