The purpose of this contract procedure is to appoint an approved health and safety coordinator (hereinafter referred to as CSS), whose role, tasks and responsibilities are defined by the provisions of the Grand-Ducal Regulation of 27.6.2008 on the minimum health and safety requirements to be implemented on temporary or mobile sites.

The CSS will in particular ensure the safety of the Court's staff, buildings, workers and any other person present on the site during any works carried out at the Court.
