Con determina a contrarre n. 36 del 4.11.2019, questa Amministrazione ha deliberato di affidare l’appalto misto di forniture e lavori necessari per la realizzazione del «Progetto finalizzato al rafforzamento degli standard di sicurezza «ASI cura». Nell’appalto la fornitura costituisce «oggetto principale», in quanto reca il valore stimato più elevato; trattasi di un appalto caratterizzato dalla netta prevalenza dell’elemento tecnologico degli apparati oggetto di fornitura, con conseguente carattere accessorio di lavori. L’affidamento avverrà mediante procedura aperta e con applicazione del criterio dell’offerta economicamente più vantaggiosa individuata sulla base del miglior rapporto qualità prezzo, ai sensi degli art. 60 e 95 del D.Lgs. 18.4.2016, n. 50 – Codice dei contratti pubblici (in seguito denominato: Codice).
