The IT platform of the Achilles utilities NCE qualification system has been updated and the new system has

gone live on 20 December 2021. Some suppliers with merged accounts have been requested to update their

questionnaires in order to be registered as Silver or Silver+ suppliers. Only Silver or Silver+ suppliers are eligible

for EU tenders. Suppliers are encouraged to check if they have been requested to send updated information. Suppliers must update their

questionnaire by 20 January 2022 the latest. If an update is made by a supplier after this date, the supplier will

only be invited to EU tenders that will be published after the update has been made

Achilles Utilities NCE is of indefinite duration, but supplier information must be updated annually. Suppliers already qualified on Achilles Utilities NCE will be reminded to renew before the qualification period expires. The annual qualification fee is ranging from EUR 165 to EUR 715 payable in advance. Suppliers can update their information during the qualification period.

Conditions to be fulfilled by economic operators in view of their qualification:

Suppliers may apply for qualification at any time. To apply the suppliers must complete an order form and pay in advance an annual qualification fee ranging from EUR 165 to EUR 715. Entities represented by Ørsted Wind Power A/S encourages the suppliers to submit an ESPD to Achilles via Achilles Utilities NCE, since an ESPD might be required in the tenders. Basic commercial requirements must be satisfied. Some buying organisations may have individual requirements in addition to the basic requirements.
