Informationen über die Überprüfungsfristen: ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION: In accordance with Article L.213-1 of the Code of Administrative Justice (CJA): "Mediation governed by this chapter refers to any structured process, regardless of its name, whereby two or more parties attempt to reach an agreement with a view to amicably resolving their disputes, with the assistance of a third party, the mediator, chosen by them or appointed, with their agreement, by the court." Mediation may be initiated by the judge (Art. L.213-7 et seq. of the CJA) or by the parties (Art. L.213-5 and L.213-6 of the CJA). In the event of a dispute, unless the CCPW decides otherwise, mediation must be carried out between the parties prior to any legal action. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the Administrative Court of Strasbourg. (Art. 36 of this agreement).
