Sonstige Begründung: The maintenance of the electron microscopes requires a thorough knowledge of the specific equipment that only regular and specialized technical training can provide. FEI is the exclusive manufacturer in the Netherland of all FEI brand equipment. FEI technicians are the only technicians specifically trained to carry out maintenance operations, revisions and repairs (such as source change operations, column openings, software updates and PC exchange) on FEI products. This training involves specific techniques that are the exclusive property of FEI and that no other technicians have. FEI technicians are also the only technicians trained on disassembly and assembly operations on FEI products during microscope transfers. FEI is also the only company able to provide the spare parts, accessories and consumables of origin for FEI products. Also, no other company holds a license to perform software updates (bug fixes). If, despite our explanation/ response to your questions or objections, you cannot agree with this intention, you can initiate summary proceedings with the Midden-Nederland District Court in Utrecht. You must do so within 20 calendar days of publication of this notice. This 20-day period is an expiry term. After this term has expired, your right to challenge this intention will lapse.
