Grund für die Änderung: Bedarf an zusätzlichen Bauleistungen, Dienstleistungen oder Lieferungen durch den ursprünglichen Auftragnehmer.
Beschreibung: Amendment 1 was signed on 5 December 2025 between EUSPA and GMV in accordance with the Article 172(3)(a) of the 2018 Financial Regulation for additional works, supplies or services by the original contractor that have become necessary and were not included in the initial procurement. Since the signature of the Contract, EUSPA advanced on the implementation of the Galileo Service roadmap and consequently the RLSP infrastructure significantly evolved with additional interfaces for ERAS and an improved Local Security Monitoring, therefore it was required to develop and deploy another RLSP replica unit. In addition, the RLSP replica operator informed EUSPA of its inability to perform the maintenance in the timeline identified by the Agency. However, to avoid any gaps in the maintenance services between the Acceptance of the RLSP replica and the takeover by the operator, EUSPA requested GMV to provide the maintenance tasks for six months, with possible extensions through options.
7.1.1.
Änderung
Beschreibung der Änderungen: In accordance with the change request and the proposal received by the Contractor the subject matter and the duration of the Contract were amended to include the maintenance services which were not previously foreseen. In addition, the price under this amendment amounted to 260,000.00 EUR (including (180,000.00 EUR (baseline) and 80,000.00 EUR (options)).
