The new manufacturing equipment should be capable of consolidating thermoplastic composites effectively. The scope of the assignment is further described in the selection guidelines. Cato Composites BV, a private company, has received public funding for an investment in their production process. One of the terms for spending this public funding is that Cato Composites BV has to carry out a public tender. The size and scope of the assignment are further described in the Selection Guideline.

Zusätzliche Informationen: Due to budgetary constraints, it is unfortunately not possible to proceed with a contract award within the available financial framework. The submitted first and second bids exceed the Contracting Authority’s budget, and as a result, the tender procedure will not be continued. Furthermore, during the course of the procedure, new insights have led to a reconsideration of the scope and specifications of the intended assignment. For that reason, the assignment in its current form will not be re-tenderd. This decision is in accordance with the provisions laid out in the tender documents. As included therein, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to discontinue the procedure temporarily or permanently at any stage, including the BAFO phase.
