Allgemeine Informationen
Zusätzliche Informationen: The delivery is announced as a framework agreement where the contractual rules are in accordance with SSA-R, The contract will be valid for 2 years, with an option for 1+1 year. The option will be exercised unilaterally by the Contracting Authority at written notice to the Tenderer at the latest three (3) months before the current contract period expires. The financial scope of the contract is estimated to be between NOK 600,000 - NOK 1,000,000 per annum. Deviation from this estimate can be expected. The contracting authority reserves the right to award individual small and unplanned printing assignments to entities that employ persons with disabilities or who are otherwise disadvantaged, cf. The Public Procurement Regulations (FOA) §8-8. Such assignments can be awarded outside of a framework agreement when the assignment is of a smaller scope, under 40,000 grains, and it is deemed appropriate to use a protected company for social responsibility, local affiliation and/or inclusion considerations. This does not affect the scope of the framework agreement or the tenderer ́s rights within other call-offs.
