Procurement of an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) incl. a Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) system and additional required Add-Ons, configuration support, trainings and consulting.

The contract will have no predetermined end date and an initial contract duration of four (4) years.

The contract will be closed for both TenneT TSO GmbH and TenneT TSO B.V. and its entities.

TenneT faces a major hiring challenge in a yearly higher three-digit area during the next years which requires an applicant tracking system that meets the full range of our requirements for a lean, fast, efficient, flexible and modern hiring process.

We need a system that stands out in terms of variability in order to fully implement our individual requirements, to be able to react flexibly without any system limitations for adjustments and to move the candidate into the focus of the entire hiring process. A static standard hiring process would not help us to fulfil our expectations in recruiting and would also not meet our requirements in case of supporting our attractive candidate journey in a proper way. The entire part about the CRM (candidate relationship management), which is a high important component in addition to the functions of the ATS (applicant tracking system), is essential for us to achieve our goals. Therefore we need for example the full range of CRM functions beside the whole extended activities in talent pooling. The ATS must be able to be integrated into the existing IT landscape, but it is not absolutely necessary that all HR modules have the same provider. At this point, a broad coverage of functionality and flexibility has the highest priority for our talent acquisition purposes.

After extensive market research, we have drawn the conclusion that Avature is the only provider who meets all of our functional requirements in the recruiting process with all the above mentioned attributes. That was our top priority when evaluating a new system. For this reason, as well as the urgency to implement a state of the art ATS with a highly adaptable platform that enables ourselves to do almost anything needed without having to hire an engineer or the vendor to modify the system, we are planning a direct contract with the provider Avature for both TenneT TSO GmbH and TenneT TSO B.V. and its entities.
