Sonstige Begründung: ODAIT advertised an open tender opportunity for the position of Geomatics Supervisor on 11 June 2025. The competition closed on 7 July 2025. ODAIT received no clarification requests and no tender submissions. Given the business need for these services and the unsuccessful competition, ODAIT went to the market to seek the requisite services and secured a direct award contract with Munster Archaeology for the provision of geomatics supervisory services. The above-mentioned forensic expert will be required to meet the same standards as are specified in the previously advertised tender opportunity. ODAIT is satisfied that they have the requisite experience. ODAIT considers that this award is limited to what is necessary for ODAIT to continue it forensic excavations to international standards and best practice.
