The three reference projects shall each cover the supply, and export preparation (incl. the preparation of export documents) of vehicles. EUR. Companies that have not generated net annual turnover of more than EUR 4.0 million / annum in the field of supply and delivery of vehicles in the years indicated above, are deemed unsuitable and excluded from the procedure. In case of doubt, GIZ reserves the right to demand corresponding substantiation, e.g. certified financial statements.

Beschreibung des Eignungskriteriums: Technical and Professional Capacity / Reference Projects - For the period from 2022 to now the bidder confirms, that he has gained experience in the supply & delivery of vehicles and can substantiate this with at least three reference projects from EU contracting authorities (in total for your offer; not for each lot/sub-lot offered). The three reference projects shall each cover the supply, and export preparation (incl. the preparation of export documents) of vehicles. Bidding/service delivery consortia that cannot provide substantiation for at least three reference projects that satisfy the adjacent preconditions, are deemed unsuitable and excluded from the procedure.
Kriterium: Techniker oder technische Stellen zur Durchführung der Arbeiten
Beschreibung des Eignungskriteriums: Technical and Professional Capacity / Service - The bidder confirms that repair and maintenance services as well as spare part supply for the quoted vehicles are available within the respective country of destination. An overview of qualified / locally approved workshops within the respective country of destination must be submitted. Bidding/service delivery consortia that cannot provide an overview of qualified/locally approved workshops in the country of destination that satisfy the adjacent preconditions, are deemed unsuitable and excluded from the procedure.
Kriterium: Supply-Chain-Management
Beschreibung des Eignungskriteriums: Technical and Professional Capacity / Authorization - The bidder guarantees that the offered models are authorized by the manufacturer for the use in the country of destination. Quotations of bidding/service delivery consortia without the confirmation of registration possibility in the country of destination will not be considered.
Kriterium: Referenzen zu bestimmten Dienstleistungen
Beschreibung des Eignungskriteriums: Technical and Professional Capacity / Warranty - The bidder provides a warranty of at least 24 months after delivery according to GIZ´s General Purchasing Conditions (July 2023) or 40,000 km (whichever comes first) for all offered models in each destination country (at the sub-lot level).
