In fact, a supply contract is concluded, which generally ends with the delivery, installation, commissioning, training and acceptance. The actual term wpuld have been therefore only be determined after installation, commissioning and acceptance. With regard to the information under point “Information on European Union funds”, it is noted that the project would have been funded by the European Union. The project number is: FO999920241. Regarding the point “Maximum number of applicants to be invited to the second phase”, it is noted that if one (or more) candidate achieves the same score as the fifth-ranked candidate according to the selection criteria, all candidates with this score will be admitted to the second stage, regardless of how many there are. The information under point "Minimum number of participants to be invited to the second phase" was only provided because it is a mandatory field. If fewer than five requests to participate are received from suitable candidates, these candidates would have been admitted to the second stage. The information under point “Variants”, it was noted that proposals for changes can be attached to the offer in accordance with point 6.2.2 - Part A.
