Zusätzliche Informationen: Tender for Activated Carbon ARC Affaldsenergi/ARC Waste to Energy A/S is currently in the process of preparing a tender for the supply of activated carbon for our flue gas treatment plant. We would appreciate your input on a correct and viable structure for a functional tender with parallel bids. Market Dialogue Suppliers who wish to participate in the dialogue with ARC must register for the “tender” on ARC’s procurement portal Ethics via the link in the notice (section I.3). If you have any questions or need assistance with the use of the procurement system, ARC can be contacted via the questions/answers function in Ethics. Questions regarding the tender itself or the specification of requirements will not be answered in connection with the market dialogue. Comments on the specifications of requirements and other questions must be uploaded no later than Monday, 15th of September 2025 at 23:59. ARC reserves the right to subsequently contact suppliers for clarification of their responses. Any dialogue meetings (Teams) are expected to be held on week 38 - 40. The tender covers the supply of consumables in the form of activated carbon for Amager Resource Center's (hereinafter referred to as ARC-WTE) waste-to-energy plant, Amager Bakke (hereinafter referred to as AMB). The activated carbon is used for flue gas treatment at AMB to reduce mercury and dioxin emissions.
