Bezeichnung: Quality - solution proposals and functionality
Beschreibung: The contracting authority will evaluate the tenderer ́s offered solution for crew vehicles. Tenderers shall, based on the contracting authority ́s needs description and requirement specifications, describe their overall solution proposal. The description shall, together with the response to the requirements in the requirement specifications, show how the offered system in total ensures operative preparedness, safety, functionality and operational security. The description is to be done in annex 2 - response to the award criteria or in a separate document from the tenderer who will be marked with annex 2 - reply to the award criteria. The contracting authority will undertake an overall assessment of the tenderer ́s solution proposal, in particular for: Vehicle concept; - collaboration between the chassis, body and pump. - weight distribution, accessibility and handling. - which systems are offered when it comes to overhang vs. cabinet space - total security system. Functionality and HSE in cabins and additions; - whether the tenderer offers ergonomic and secure fittings. - user friendliness and utilisation of space in the offered systems. - noise level and working environment in cabins. In the evaluation, the contracting authority will emphasise to what degree the system appears as technically well-worked-out, robust and suitable for operative response use, and to what degree the solution proposal reduces the workload of the crews, facilitates good work flow and appears thoughtful in an HSE perspective.

Bezeichnung: Progress plan
Beschreibung: Tenderers shall enclose an estimated progress plan for the assignment with milestones, including the delivery date. The contracting authority will, based on the progress plan, emphasise the tenderer's production capacity, implementation ability and whether the progress plan gives the contracting authority realistic and documented progress that ensures predictability in the delivery. The delivery time will give a pay-off in the evaluation, provided that the progress is assessed as realistic.
