Beschreibung: Tenderers shall complete the price form. This shall be done in the Excel form and electronically enclosed with the tender. The form cannot be changed. It is the tenderer ́s responsibility to submit a correct and complete tender. Missing the completed price form can result in the tender being rejected. Product lines with examples in the price form are to be deleted before submitting a tender. Discount on roads. Prices or mark-up of net prices from suppliers in the other assortment stated in the price form (the tab "Manufacturers - sub-suppliers") shall be the same as used and stated in the "Prices" tab. The furniture manufacturers ́structive price lists or net prices for the products offered in the price form shall be enclosed (pdf format). Name all the attached price lists with manufacturer names. Mark-ups shall be given for an estimate of used furniture. The cover shall be the same for everything that goes under category and definition of used furniture. The summed competition price will form the basis of the evaluation of the award criteria price.

Beschreibung: The contracting authority will evaluate the following: • Functionality and user friendliness in the system for internet shop. • The breadth of the offered assortment of used furniture, including access to internet shop and overfilling requirements for the internet shop. • Good competence and long, relevant experience will count positively, ref. requirement no. 1.2.3. • Design, good resolution and the best presentation of 2 and 3d drawings for the best possible decision basis. Each bullet point counts equally in the evaluation. Assessed on the basis of the response to the requirement.
