Titel: Feedwater Pump Packages (Pompy Wody Zasilającej)
Beschreibung: The scope of work for this package consists of, but is not limited to, designing, manufacturing and delivering complete and fully operational equipment, detailed as: feed water pumps for the Feedwater System (FWS) serving three AP1000 nuclear generating units. The scope of supply is anticipated to include nine (9) feedwater pump packages, arranged as three (3) trains per unit, each rated at 3x33 % capacity. Each feedwater pump package consists of one-stage double suction booster pump, one-stage double suction main feedwater pump, one induction motor, speed increasing gear, couplings, coupling guards, lube oil system, seal system, on skid piping, on-skid instruments required for machine protection and for control of auxiliary systems. Scope of supply includes special tools, testing, documentation, quality assurance, inspection and delivery services. The equipment shall be suitable for installation in the turbine building, designed for long term reliable operation in a nuclear power plant environment, and compliant with applicable European Union regulations, Polish codes, and relevant industry standards. NOTE: The quantities and dimensions provided above are APPROXIMATE only. The intent is to give bidders an idea of the scale of the project. PL: Zakres prac dla tego pakietu obejmuje między innymi projektowanie, produkcję oraz dostawę kompletnego i w pełni funkcjonalnego wyposażenia, obejmującego pompy wody zasilającej dla Układu Wody Zasilającej (Feedwater System, FWS) obsługującego trzy bloki jądrowe AP1000. Przewiduje się, że zakres dostawy będzie obejmował dziewięć (9) pakietów pomp wody zasilającej, skonfigurowanych jako trzy (3) ciągi technologiczne na każdy blok, z których każdy będzie posiadał wydajność równą 3 × 33 %.Każdy pakiet pompy wody zasilającej będzie obejmował jednostopniową dwustrumieniową pompę wspomagającą, jednostopniową dwustrumieniową główną pompę wody zasilającej, silnik indukcyjny, przekładnię zwiększającą prędkość obrotową, sprzęgła, osłony sprzęgieł, układ olejowy, układ uszczelnień, orurowanie zamontowane na zestawie pompowym (skidzie) oraz aparaturę kontrolno-pomiarową zamontowaną na urządzeniach w zestawie, wymaganą do ochrony urządzeń oraz sterowania układami pomocniczymi. Zakres dostawy obejmuje również narzędzia specjalne, badania i testy, dokumentację, zapewnienie jakości, inspekcje oraz usługi związane z dostawą. Urządzenia muszą być przystosowane do instalacji w budynku maszynowni, zaprojektowane do długotrwałej i niezawodnej pracy w środowisku elektrowni jądrowej oraz spełniać wymagania odpowiednich przepisów Unii Europejskiej, polskich norm i regulacji oraz właściwych standardów branżowych. Zusätzliche Informationen: Experienced and qualified Companies are invited to provide a proposal for design and manufacture of Feedwater Pump Packages in accordance with ISO:9001 quality requirements and European Union and Polish Directives and Regulations including the applicable Codes and Standards for the Poland Nuclear Power Plant. The scope of work shall include design and manufacture of Feedwater Pump Packages that meet specifications, drawings, and other purchase order requirements. Delivery may be performed by either Bechtel or company, as determined by Bechtel. Interested companies must register/update their Company's information in Bechtel's iSupplier portal at https:// www.bechtel.com/supplier/. If Company has any questions or to express interest in bidding on this requirement, Company shall notify Bechtel’s Contact Person. At that point, Bechtel shall provide the interested party the Poland Prequalification Questionnaire where interested party would complete with response to Bechtel for review. Bechtel notes that previous proven capabilities and experience of similar scale and complexity will be mandatory, and additional documentation / evidence may be required. The prequalification criteria shall be included in the prequalification questionnaire, examples thereof include demonstration of (i) experience in furnishing similar feedwater pumps in past or current projects, (ii) availability of equipment/personnel/facilities for performance of scope, (iii) compliance to ISO 9001:2015 or quality program that is comparable to ISO 9001 (to be approved by Bechtel and PEJ), (iv) compliance to certification of legally mandatory requirements, (v) financial standing (solvency), and (vi) verification of organizational capabilities. Shop visits to perform a supplier survey or audit prior to RFQ issuance may be required. Upon Bechtel’s evaluation of your response to the Poland Prequalification Questionnaire, Bechtel will notify if your Company meets, conditionally meets, or does not meet the prequalification requirements that closely match the requirements. Your Company's submission of the Prequalification Questionnaire does not automatically qualify your Company to be a prequalified Company for the Scope. Bechtel reserves the right to exclude any of the following from this Competitive Bidding process: a. any economic operator that is directly or indirectly owned or controlled by an entity from a country not covered by the Government Procurement Agreement ("GPA") with the EU; or b. economic operators who rely in the Competitive Bidding process on capacities of any entities from countries not covered by the GPA with the EU. Such decision of Bechtel shall not be subject to complaint. Each prequalified Company will be required to execute a NonDisclosure Agreement (NDA). Companies meeting the prequalification criteria and who have executed the NDA will be invited to submit the proposals for Feedwater Pump Packages. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) shall include the proposal questionnaire(s), scope of work, specifications, drawings, datasheets, terms and conditions, award criteria, and schedule data. The RFQ shall be issued via Bechtel’s Digital Supply Chain System automation tool. Furthermore, the proposals will be requested as unit pricing per Feedwater Pump. ward will be made to the responsive and responsible company whose proposal meets the requirements of the RFQ and provides a technically acceptable proposal. Consideration of the following key criteria, together with cost, will determine the final decision for award(s), which will be detailed further in the Bid Document(s) and during the RFQ phase. a. Technical Capability, b. Previous Proven Relevant Experience, c. Quality, d. Delivery Management, e. Schedule. The evaluation factors to determine the selected proposal shall be based on the commercial factors that impact overall cost, such as freight, proximity to project site, Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM) requirements, payment terms, performance and payment securities, and insurance. Buyer may divide the award among more than one Supplier if this is in the best interest of Buyer. Supplier must specifically list in their proposal all the country(ies) of origin for each major component. All materials must meet the requirements of the applicable codes and specifications of the RFQ. Any Companies that do not meet the legally mandatory compliance requirement will be excluded. The procedure for the Company to gain access to classified information, as required, will be subject to compliance with the executed NDA, Applicable Export Laws, Applicable Laws, and Applicable Safeguards Laws which will be included in the RFQ document. The Customer shall be responsible for monitoring the Contractor’s compliance with the competitive procedure. Thus, the Contractor shall transmit any complaint received to the Customer. The Customer reserves the right to audit of the Contractor’s selection of subcontractors under the competitive procedure, in line with the requirements of the Prime Contract.

The Company shall also confirm that no Iron and Steel products subject to the EU import ban, including those processed from third party, are used in furnishing the requested product. “Sanctions” shall mean measures aimed at maintaining or restoring international peace and security enacted by the United Nations and/or the European Union and/or the Poland and/or the US, or any such sanctions law applicable to the Company or undertaking relating to or in connection with this submittal of Prequalification Questionnaire or undertaking's, such as sectoral measures, economic and financial measures, or measures introduced against countries (embargoes), natural or legal persons or groups or non-state entities (blocking measures). Any Companies that do not meet the legally mandatory compliance requirements, as specified above, will be excluded.
