Beschreibung: The requirement specifications state the requirements for the contents of the residence and its location. The following shall be described and emphasised in this award criteria: Tenderers shall enclose a presentation of the offered accommodation in the tender, including the following: - Internal pictures from the residence; plan/space distribution, as well as bedrooms, living rooms, kitchen and bathrooms. - External pictures from the residence; the residence ́s facade, the surroundings of the residence. - Tenderers are asked to state what alterations can be made in the residence, such as changing the colour of the wall, alterations. - As stated in the needs description, it is desirable that the residence is as close to Levanger as possible and it should be located rural. Tenderers shall describe where the residence is located in Trøndelag and the area around the residence (rural). - Tenderers shall inform about whether the user shall live in a completely separate residence, a shared housing area etc. The tenderer shall also provide information on how the user shall be pampered.
