Zusätzliche Informationen: Among the applicants who (i) are not subject to any grounds for exclusion and (ii) satisfy the minimum requirements for economic and financial capacity and technical and professional capacity (suitable applicants), cf. section 5.1.9, Metroselskabet will select two (2) suitable applicants to be invited to participate in the competitive dialogue. Only two (2) suitable applicants will be selected to ensure that – taking into account the resources which the selected applicants (tenderers) will need to devote to participating in the procurement procedure and submitting tenders, and in light of current market conditions, including comparable ongoing procurement procedures for similar projects in the EU and globally – it is sufficiently attractive for applicants to participate in the procedure, thereby enabling Metroselskabet to ensure sufficient competition for the contract, cf. article 78(2) of the Utilities Directive (2014/25/EU). The selection will be based on an assessment of which suitable applicants demonstrate the most relevant experience, assessed by reference to the comparability of the submitted references against the five (5) categories set out below: The assessment of which suitable applicants demonstrate the most relevant experience will be based on an overall, qualitative assessment of the comparability of the submitted references across all five (5) categories. No single category is in itself decisive for the outcome of the assessment. 1. References showing experience with underground projects 2. References showing experience with above-ground projects 3. References showing experience with projects where CO2 emissions were calculated and monitored during design and construction 4. References showing experience with projects where Occupational Health and Safety (“OHS”) were implemented in design and construction 5. References showing experience with the use of digital tools during design and construction. For the purpose of this section the following definitions applies: "Underground projects” means: Design and Build contracts, including design (as defined below), construction and project management (as defined below), of major underground infrastructure projects, carried out in an urban environment, with a complex stakeholder environment, and near a railway, metro or similar facility in operation. "Aboveground projects” means: Design and Build contracts, including design (as defined below), construction and project management (as defined below), carried out in an urban environment, with a complex stakeholder environment, and near a railway, metro or similar facility in operation. "Project management" means the overall management and coordination of the design and construction process. “Experience with projects where CO2 emissions were calculated and monitored during design and construction” means: Projects showing relevant experience with (i) calculation and monitoring of CO2 emissions during the design and/or construction phase, and/or (ii) material selection and implementation of specific measures to reduce CO2 emissions or environmental impact. References from infrastructure projects will be considered more comparable than references from other sectors. “Experience with experience with projects where OHS were implemented in design and construction” means: Projects showing relevant experience with identification and assessment of occupational health and safety risks in the design and/or planning phase, as well as with the implementation of occupational health and safety management systems and procedures during construction. References from infrastructure projects willbe considered more comparable than references from other sectors. “Experience with the use of digital tools during design and construction” means: Projects showing relevant experience with the use of digital methods and tools for the planning, coordination, visualisation and management of design and construction processes, such as Building Information Modelling (BIM), digital project management systems or similar digital solutions, applied during design and construction. References from infrastructure projects will be considered more comparable than references from other sectors. For the purposes of the selection, each applicant may submit a maximum of ten (10) references, irrespective of whether the applicant applies individually, as part of a consortium or relies on the capacity of supporting entities. The references may cover some or all of the five (5) categories set out above. If more than ten (10) references are submitted, only the first ten (10) references listed in the ESPD, Part V, will be taken into account in the assessment, and any additional references will be disregarded. References completed less than 15 years ago will be considered more comparable than references being less than 15 years old. For the purpose of the this section, on-going references may be used. "Completed" means that the project has been formally handed over to and accepted by the contracting authority (employer), in accordance with sections 43–44 of ABT 18, or pursuant to an equivalent taking-over or completion procedure under the applicable contract or governing law. References for projects carried out outside the European Economic Area (EEA) and/or the UK may also be submitted.
